How to Request a Refund
- Go to /account/billing and use the Stripe Customer Portal.
- If you need assistance, email [email protected] — we respond within 48 hours.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing time is typically 5–10 business days.
Conditions
- Refunds are available within the windows above, regardless of usage.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds if there is evidence of abuse (e.g., repeated buy-refund cycles across multiple accounts).
- After the refund window closes, refunds are at our discretion (e.g., billing errors, service outages exceeding 24 hours). Contact support.
- Promotional, discounted, or grandfathered pricing is non-refundable after the standard window.
Free Trial
The 7-day free trial (no credit card required) converts to Free tier automatically if you don't add a payment method. There is nothing to refund if you never added a payment method.
Lifetime Plan
"Lifetime" means access for the lifetime of the product — as long as AICheckHub operates as a paid service. The 14-day refund window applies. After that, the purchase is final. Major future features (e.g., significant v2 capabilities) may require a separate purchase; we always honor the feature set you purchased within fair use.
